My name is Dr. Nicole Peoples and I'm passionate about helping black women redefine health and balance in their lives.
As a black physician, wife and mother of 3, I know how challenging it can be to prioritize your health and how quickly fatigue, brain fog, weight gain and other symptoms of aging and disease can creep up if we are not intentional.
I have also seen the shortcomings of our current healthcare system, especially for women of color. The good news is that you have so much more control over your health than you may realize.
